Claude
Development
We build product features on Anthropic's Claude: answers grounded in your own data, agents that use your tools, and document workflows that hold up in production. The model is the commodity; the engineering around it is the product.
Talk to experts nowWhy teams build on Claude
Long documents in one pass
Claude holds a long context, so a contract, a spec, or a large slice of a codebase can be read in one pass and keep its thread.
Tool use that behaves
Claude calls your functions and APIs with structured arguments, which is what turns a chat box into a feature that actually does something in your product.
Predictable under instructions
Claude follows a detailed system prompt and a tool schema closely, which is what support, legal, and internal surfaces need. We confirm it on your own data with an evaluation set before launch.
We use it on our own work
Claude Code is part of how our engineers deliver, from the written spec through review, and the same loop built the site you are reading. Yevhen Omelianenko, one of our senior engineers, works in Claude Code daily and adopted spec-driven development on an SAT and K-12 test-prep platform.

What we build with Claude
Features that put a model inside your product's own workflow. Claude is one part of our wider AI development services.
- Answers grounded in your dataRetrieval over your documents, tickets, or catalog, with citations, so an answer can be checked instead of trusted.
- Agents that use your toolsClaude calls your APIs and internal functions to do the work: book, refund, draft, update. Permissions and limits stay on your side.
- Document workflowsExtraction, summarization, and classification of contracts, reports, and forms, with the structure your database expects. Our own STFH does this with a spoken interview: Claude fills a structured profile draft through a tool call, and the developer approves it before it is saved.
- Support and internal assistantsAn assistant that knows your product and hands off to a person when it should, wired into the tools your team already uses.
- Evaluation and monitoringGolden sets, regression runs, and cost and latency tracking, so a prompt change that makes things worse is caught before your users find it.
The stack around Claude

Questions
Do we need our own data to build on Claude?
For most useful features, yes. Retrieval over your documents, tickets, or catalog is what makes the answers specific enough to ship, so that is usually where a Claude feature starts.
How do you keep Claude from making things up?
Grounding and evaluation. Answers are constrained to retrieved, cited context, and we build a golden set with you that runs on every prompt or retrieval change, so a regression shows up before your users see it.
Can you add Claude to our existing product?
Yes. A Claude API integration usually sits behind your own backend: one service calls the model, retrieval reads the data you already store, and a review step lets a person approve the output where it matters. Your users see a feature of your product.
Do you build Claude agents?
Yes, when the task needs the model to take actions as well as answer. Claude calls your APIs through tool use with structured arguments, while permissions, limits, and the audit trail stay in your code. We build agent workflows on LangGraph, with explicit state and a narrow scope for every tool.
Claude or another model?
We pick per workload and keep the model behind one swappable layer. Our own STFH runs Claude for structured extraction and a smaller OpenAI model for its matching assistant, with the same architecture around both.
Which Claude model should we use?
As of September 2026, Anthropic's current lineup is Claude Opus 5.5 for most workloads, Claude Fable 5.1 for the hardest reasoning and long agentic runs, Claude Sonnet 5.5 for a balance of speed and quality, and the current Haiku model for fast, high-volume steps. We choose per step of the feature and confirm the choice on your own evaluation set.
What does it cost to run?
Usage is billed per token, so cost follows traffic and prompt size. We measure it during the build, route the easy parts to smaller models, and set per-user limits.
Can it stay inside our infrastructure?
Your data, the retrieval layer, and the logs are stored in your infrastructure. Each request sends the model only the context it needs, and your data stays out of third-party model training. Where compliance requires it, Claude is also available through Amazon Bedrock and Google Cloud Vertex AI inside your own cloud account.
What is the difference between the Claude API and Claude Code?
The Claude API is how a product calls the model: your backend sends a request and gets back text or a structured tool call, and that is what the features on this page are built on. Claude Code is Anthropic's agentic coding tool, which our engineers use to write the software itself.
Do you offer Claude consulting before a build?
Yes. If you are still deciding whether Claude fits, we start with a scoping pass: what the feature has to do, where the data lives, the risks, and what an evaluation would measure.
Who owns the code and the prompts?
You do, from day one: the repository, the prompts, the evaluation set, and the infrastructure, whether we embed in your team or deliver a fixed-scope project.
